Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EHS departmental systems, including both internal and outsourced solutions, while overseeing KPI reporting and EHS training initiatives to cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement in EHS systems management.
  • Serve as the expert in EHS Contractor Management, playing a vital role in the creation, implementation, and deployment of a new contract management system, collaborating with CSL's value streams to gather essential data.
  • Collaborate with CSL departments to facilitate incident investigation analyses and ensure the completion of corrective actions.
  • Assist the EHS group in enhancing their digital proficiency, promoting rigorous system usage, and maintaining oversight of digital systems.
  • Oversee EHS training programs and manage training courses, preparing for both internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate site communications and safety initiatives effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in environmental or chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related engineering or science discipline.
  • Experience in an EHS team or roles with significant safety responsibilities.
  • Practical experience in implementing or managing EHS systems, contractor management, and associated programs, along with technical proficiency in digital platforms.
  • Proven business partnering experience with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
  • Capability to intervene appropriately to address safety and environmental issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
