**Your New Role**

As a E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be reporting into the Ecomm D2C Manager. The role is primarily responsible for administrative support across all marketplace platforms, and you will be responsible for:

- Product and inventory management: Adding new stock and removing underperforming items.
- Communication coordination between internal system and online marketplaces.
- Optimising product descriptions for better search visibility.
- Enhancing product styles for specific platforms like DJ's and Myer.
- Providing customer support, order completion, and handling inquiries.
- Ensuring accurate online product information and verifying critical details.
- Creating and uploading data files to online marketplaces.
- Tracking and managing live product styles and stock levels.
- Implementing promotional activities, submitting products, and adjusting prices.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Past administrative and coordination experience (highly desirable if in marketplace/retail space)
- Previous experience with Apperal 21 (AP21) desirable
- Tech Savvy and highly organised - attention to detail is crucial.
- Service oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
- Ideally have access to a vehicle
