Program Support Officer Opportunity
Our client, a community-focused Federal Government agency, is seeking an APS4 level Program Support Officer to join their team. This is a 12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support the development of regular reports.
- Provide support in maintaining staff life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and staffing data management.
- Assist with workforce planning data collation and audits, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems, and people performance data.
- Manage emails, appointments, and travel arrangements for the branch, responding to changing priorities and timeframes.
- Provide business administration and operational support across the staff lifecycle and knowledge, performance, and financial management portfolios.
- Support project delivery under the direction of higher classification levels.
About the Role:
- Develop stakeholder relationships across the agency.
- Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Identify and contribute to issue resolution.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
