**Mission Briefing:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our security operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security program.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of introductory Information Security principles and concepts, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with relevant security obligations and procedures.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security policies and plans.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage risk, overseeing security cleared personnel.
  • Report incidents and contribute to threat awareness training.
  • Adapt processes to facilitate efficient cyber security controls.

Necessary Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Security Officer or related position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Information Security principles and concepts.
  • Possession of NV1 Security Clearance or ability to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Defence Industry Principles Framework.
  • Awareness of cyber security frameworks.
  • Experience managing overall DISP Governance and Physical, Personnel and Information & Cyber Security compliance.
