Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced House Senior to join our team in Boondall, QLD. In this role, you will be providing high-quality care to a small group of female clients with high medical and physical needs, including seizure management.
You will be supported by an experienced team and have access to training to ensure you are equipped to meet the complex needs of our clients.
This is a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment, with full-time hours and a mixture of shifts on offer.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care support for 4 female clients with high medical needs, including seizure care.
- Manage client health and medical needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Provide guidance and training to staff and be the first point of contact for any escalated issues.
- Ensure that the team follows all compliance requirements and quality standards in care delivery.
- Experience in high-needs care, particularly with clients who have medical and physical disabilities and seizure management.
- A background in nursing or aged care is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building a positive, collaborative team environment.
