The RoleDuties include:
- Providing family dispute resolution services (mediation)
- Identifying problem-solving options and strategies
- Assisting parents negotiate sustainable parenting plans
- Providing assessment for certificates as required by Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Regulations
- Facilitating group programs
- Guiding clients on property and financial matters
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
- Knowledge of the Family Law Act and effects of separation on families
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
