As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a key part in guiding customers and stakeholders toward resolutions that ensure great outcomes. You will engage with customers and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and support.

You will apply legal knowledge to interpret insurance policies and resolve disputes, preparing correspondence and submissions to defend matters in the AFCA process. You will also negotiate with customers to resolve complaints in a fair and efficient manner.

This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to think critically, and creative problem-solving to work through complex challenges. If you are passionate about dispute resolution and want to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Applying legal knowledge to interpret insurance policies and resolve disputes
  • Preparing correspondence and submissions to defend matters in the AFCA process
  • Negotiating with customers to resolve complaints in a fair and efficient manner
What We're Looking For:
  • A foundational understanding or exposure to concepts like dispute resolution, legal principles, or insurance contracts
  • A Law Degree and/or mediation qualification or experience is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to think critically and creatively
