Senior Field Technician & Leading Hand

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled AV Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Field Technician & Leading Hand, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of audio-visual systems in commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field installation within the AV industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be someone who is highly motivated, passionate about their work, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

  1. Job Description:
  • Onsite project management and delivery of audio-visual system installations;
  • Team leadership of junior technicians and subcontractors;
  • Equipment installations, including data racks and cabling;
  • Commissioning of control systems and programming of DSPs;
  • Field testing and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Field Installation Experience: At least 2 years of experience in field installation within the AV industry, with a focus on commercial AV installations.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of audio-visual systems, including hardware and software components, as well as networking and cabling protocols.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
