Job Title:

A Senior AV Commissioning Specialist is sought after by a reputable organization to lead their Audio Visual team in delivering high-end solutions across government, corporate, and commercial sectors.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site commissioning and configuration programming of complex Audio Visual systems. This includes preparing and publishing end-user documentation, completing test plans in accordance with system schematics and functional briefs, and resolving faults associated with design and manufacture.

  • Draft and coordinate all aspects of interfacing for audio visual systems into client's buildings (encompassing both hardware and software)
  • Build productive working relationships with project and client stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and provide technical support expertise

This position requires strong technical knowledge and skills in Video Conferencing, Audio Visual, and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco, and Poly. Additionally, experience in setting up and configuring audio DSP's is necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess a demonstrated understanding of networks, specifically relating to AV control systems, UC/VC, and AV over IP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Physical setup of elements of systems to prove the concept
  5. Drafting and coordinating all aspects of interfacing for audio visual systems into client's buildings

  7. Participating in cross-functional projects and providing technical support expertise
Requirements:
  • Experience in Video Conferencing, Audio Visual, and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco, and Poly
  • Experience in setting up and configuring audio DSP's
  • Demonstrated understanding of networks, specifically relating to AV control systems, UC/VC, and AV over IP technologies
