We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Audio Visual Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of audio-visual systems, equipment and technologies, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work on medium to large scale projects across various sectors.

You will be responsible for designing, estimating and tendering proposals for AV system installations, working closely with project managers, engineers and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints and drawings to prepare accurate AV system estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and sales teams to assess requirements and ensure accuracy of estimates.
  • Identify and source the best equipment, materials and resources for each project.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive cost breakdowns, including labor, materials and other project-related expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time information.
  • Evaluate changes in project scope and adjust estimates as necessary.
  • Work with the project management team to track budgets and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
