We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at our Port Melbourne warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing all online orders, ensuring high standards and attention to detail are consistently maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs, effective time management and communication skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing all online orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce Picking-Packing team
  • Collaborating with the Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
  • Performing administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, processing cancellations, etc.
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
  • Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
  • Assisting in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ensuring compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
