Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our operations as an Online Order Processor in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process online orders received by the fulfilment hub with attention to detail and efficiency.
  2. Prepare customer orders daily, ensuring accurate picking, packing and booking of orders.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding orders and collaborate closely with the Operations team.
  4. Inspect stock received and ensure accuracy of quantity, type and quality.
  5. Present products as ordered, maintaining a high standard of packaging.
  6. Match invoices with orders and complete all inventory processes.
  7. Prepare deliveries for post and couriers, and coordinate dispatch and delivery.
  8. Manage courier platforms daily through customer orders.
  9. Maintain administrative tasks up-to-date and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Be a great team player with a strong work ethic.
  2. Manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  3. Have attention to detail and be computer and Excel proficient.
  4. Work well in a fast-paced environment and have a current Driver's Licence.
