Online Order Fulfillment Specialist

About this role
Fulfill orders for our online customers, with full training provided.
You will work in a varied position that includes customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, returns processing and stock organization. Our business operates on flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking casual work during the day. The minimum availability required is three days per working week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8am and 7pm. Occasionally, Saturday work may be necessary.
The number of hours worked can range from fifteen to thirty per week, depending on seasonal sales periods, so flexibility is a must.
Some of your tasks would include:
- Fulfilling hundreds of orders with 100% accuracy for our customers
- Dispatching an average of twenty-five orders every hour, including picking and packing them
- Organizing inventory into the correct picking locations
- Processing returns and exchanges for customers
- Communicating with our online manager to prioritize urgent orders
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast worker with 100% accuracy and attention to detail. You should also be comfortable operating computers quickly and easily, and have great communication skills. Additionally, you must be personable and easy to get along with, comfortable working on your feet all day at a fast pace, and have great availability.

We are looking for someone who has experience in order picking, customer service and phone manner, preferably with one year of experience in each area. You must also have the right to work legally in Australia without any restrictions on hours.
