About The Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished economist to undertake a pivotal 12-month contract with potential extension. As part of the team, you will address policy challenges, contribute to system design and improve disability support markets through pricing and economic incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues in the care economy and human services markets.
  • Engage in policy analysis regarding current and future support markets.
  • Utilize statistical and economic modeling on large datasets to understand and enhance market functioning.

  • Influence resource allocation to support projected growth of the scheme.

About The Economics And Insights Team

The team conducts in-depth economic analysis of cross-sector issues using research frameworks and modeling tools to inform sustainable and effective resource allocation.

You are an experienced economist with a proven track record of reliability, analytical expertise, and outstanding problem-solving skills.
