Dream Home Specialist

As a Custom Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping families and individuals achieve their dream of building a custom home.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
- Present various home designs and pricing options to suit their tastes and preferences.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy of proposals and effective communication with clients.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
