Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to support our business banking customers in achieving their financial goals.
- Respond to inquiries from corporate and business customers regarding various products and services.
- Provide existing customers and prospects with accurate information about National's offerings.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and refer clients to the appropriate specialists.
- Maintain up-to-date records of personal training and development.
- Actively identify new business, referral, and retention opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Prior customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre etc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A customer-centric mindset
