Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee the design of medium voltage systems for data centre projects.

This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of MV systems and relevant Australian Standards.

The Role
  • Assist with monitoring engineering/CAD resource requirement for each project within your control.
  • Detailed design (MV systems)
  • Lead and deliver the concept and detailed design of MV substation primary systems
  • Primary systems design - produce SLDs, HV substation layouts, equipment/materials lists, clearance checks, and short circuit force calculations
  • Carrypoject management experience in the MEP sector is an added advantage.
  • Liaise with the design team to produce coordinated designs that are technically compliant, to a consistent quality and standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of MV systems and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Consulting experience is a must.
  • Mission Critical Design / Data Centre Design Experience is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with electrical proprietary software such as ETAP, Vipcodia, Power Cad etc is an added advantage.
