Job Title: Fitness Program Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to design and deliver innovative group fitness classes that cater to diverse needs and interests.

About the Role
  • Develop and lead high-quality fitness programs that enhance member engagement and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate and improve existing programs and services.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple Leisure Centres operating seven days a week.
About You
  • Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Professional approach and willingness to obtain required certifications and checks.
Requirements
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications (HLTAID011).
  • Current gym registration (AusActive, Physical Activity Australia or similar accreditation).
  • Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check (required prior to commencement).
