POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Director for the APAC region will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic and operational success of the organization. This role focuses on achieving sales objectives and expanding the company's footprint in the APAC market. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and owning the sales strategy for the APAC region in collaboration with the senior leadership team;
  • Formulating and implementing business development and market expansion strategies to meet the company's growth targets;
  • Leading and enhancing the sales team and business development efforts;
  • Overseeing the bid proposal team to ensure effective responses to opportunities;
  • Collaborating with various departments, such as Engineering and Operations, to maximize solution reusability and cost efficiency;
  • Mentoring and supporting direct reports to excel in their roles;
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience as a solution sales leader within a multinational context;
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field;
  • A track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and customer service teams;
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally;
  • A dynamic leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset;
BENEFITS:
The position offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $220,000 to $275,000, which includes base salary, superannuation, car allowance, and performance bonuses. Additional perks include:
