Medical Office Coordinator

I-MED Radiology Network is a leading provider of medical imaging services, with a team of over 4,000 people dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Albury clinics.
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 10pm, and one weekend every six weeks. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing patient appointments and flow
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
Key Qualifications:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
