About this role

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury clinics. This full-time, permanent position offers flexibility with Monday to Friday shifts between 7am to 10pm and one weekend every six weeks.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
  • Managing appointments for multiple modalities (e.g., x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)

Key Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
