Job Opportunity Overview

We seek a highly skilled and passionate graphic designer to elevate the visual identity of our brands across various environments.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a proactive, solutions-focused designer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Café Brand Design & Identity: Develop visually cohesive café programs that hero the brand while adapting to venue-specific needs.
  • Retail Execution Support: Create high-impact point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, in-store visibility elements, and shopper marketing assets that drive sell-through and brand recognition.
  • Packaging Design: Contribute to new and existing pack design across coffee, beverages, and food ranges — from concept through to production-ready files.
  • Creative Resizing & Adaptation: Resize and optimise existing creative for various touchpoints including digital banners, social media, print, OOH, and in-store.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in FMCG or hospitality sectors.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with After Effects or similar a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
