,About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our design team and drive innovation across multiple channels and mediums.,
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing concepts and designs that inspire, generate, and develop ideas strategically-informed, channel agnostic, and deeply integrated between all touch-points and product experiences.,
  • They will work closely with a team of creatives to deliver world-class creative design solutions that engage and bring to life our campaigns and events across social channels, digital platforms, print materials, and more.

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet business objectives,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets,
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design,
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Alpha's vision and values,
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
,Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role,
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design work,
  • Excellent communication and project management skills,
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically,
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
