The Operations Maintenance Lead role is an exciting opportunity at our Erskine Park DC in Sydney. In this hands-on position, you'll oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational performance of all equipment, vehicles, and facilities across the site, driving real impact from day one.

  • Safety and Risk Management

Monitor, manage, and support safety and risk procedures for all plant, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities.

Preventive, Planned, and General Maintenance

Ensure all plant, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities are inspected and maintained proactively to reduce or minimize service disruption from unplanned outages.

Contractor and Stakeholder Management

Manage contractors and stakeholders for plant, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities.

Continuous Improvement

Lead, support, and participate in continuous improvement projects and programs of work.

Skills Development

Participate in planned training including skill development for maintenance activities.
