About the Opportunity:

We are looking for forward-thinking and action-oriented people who want to be part of something big. Our new glass factory in Yatala is a game-changer, producing 1 billion bottles per year from up to 200,000 tonnes of recycled Queensland glass.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance checks, inspections, and repairs on equipment
  • Install and upgrade mechanical systems and equipment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work done
  • Support initiatives that drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment
What You'll Bring:
  • A recognized trade qualification in Fitting or Machining
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and bench fitting
  • A strong understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration with colleagues
