We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our maintenance team, focusing on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement to support plant performance. This role is part of our new glass factory in Yatala, which will recycle up to 200,000 tonnes of Queensland glass each year to produce 1 billion bottles.

The ideal candidate will have recognised trade qualifications, experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and bench fitting, as well as strong understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a range of equipment from conveyors and furnaces to glass-cutting machines and non-industrial systems
  • Installing and upgrading mechanical systems and equipment
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records in line with quality standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
