Job Title: Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance fitter to join our team.

About the Opportunity:

Our new glass factory in Yatala is a significant investment, recycling up to 200,000 tonnes of Queensland glass each year to produce 1 billion bottles.

The site will form a beverage container precinct, supporting customers and creating new job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment
  • Install and upgrade mechanical systems and equipment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities in line with quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Recognised trade qualification (Fitter or Machinist)
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and bench fitting (grinding, polishing, milling, lathe work)
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
