Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking ambitious professionals to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring insurance policies meet clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, driving satisfaction with coverage and service.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products, managing a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with coverage and service.
  2. Sales and Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products, managing a portfolio of clients.
  3. Risk Assessment: Analyze client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
  4. Negotiation & Renewals: Negotiate with insurance carriers, secure favorable rates, and oversee policy renewals.
  5. Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processes, ensuring smooth handling and fair settlements.
  6. Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and new products to advise clients effectively.
  7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  8. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies and client communications comply with regulations and policies.
Candidate Profile:
  • A Degree in Business or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in general insurance is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Additional Details:
  • Mid-Senior level professional with a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
  • This is a full-time position within the Financial Services and Insurance industry.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
