About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing new product launches and campaign execution, including POS, VM requirements, media creation, proofing, managing purchase orders, internal communications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launches & Campaigns: Oversee new product launches and campaign execution, including POS, VM requirements, media creation, proofing, managing purchase orders, internal communications, and documentation.
  • Sampling Logistics: Manage production logistics for sample requirements, liaising with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping for production and distribution, and create content for sample communications.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Book and source all needs for photoshoots, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, manage stock and logistics, assist with styling/art direction, and handle related admin tasks.
  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics and sourcing for conferences and trade events, including stock, event setup, collateral creation, promotion, staffing, and admin duties.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving marketing functions, streamlining operations, and achieving cost savings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, internal teams, external agencies, and retail networks to ensure effective campaign coordination and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing campaign management
  • Ability to independently manage campaign implementation to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proven experience in creating Marketing collateral across a mix of mediums with strong skills and Marketing critique
  • Strong project management and high productivity with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems, CRM, digital marketing platforms and CMS
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and retail operations (advantageous)
  • An interest in interior design
  • A background in Flooring, Home Interiors, Furniture or Textiles (preferred)
