The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through expert delivery and workforce planning. You'll develop analytical tools and insights to empower Portfolio Managers and Resource Managers, driving effective project management, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

  • Collaborate with the ANZ OC team in portfolio analytics, capacity, and capability planning
  • Lead operational support for portfolio and resource management teams
  • Optimize costs and identify optimal delivery mixes
  • Develop Jira tools, dashboards, and analytics to drive business success
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Provide strategic direction on forecasting demand and skillsets
  • Organize and conduct internal training sessions as needed
  • Manage a team of offshore analysts

Requirements:

  • University degree with relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in delivery support and strategic workforce planning
  • Expertise in data preparation and analysis
  • Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Python skills
  • Experience in data visualization and BI tools
  • Proficiency in JIRA development
  • Relevant experience in leading and coaching offshore teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across functions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle products and services is desired
