Student Support Liaison

We are seeking an individual to assist with processes that ensure a responsive and effective student support service.
The selected candidate will collaborate and conduct discussions with staff, families, and the community to identify and manage a caseload of students at risk in collaboration with other members of the Student Services team.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement school attendance strategies and provide supporting information for team meetings, case conferences, and other intervention processes.
- Support the implementation of proactive measures to improve student engagement and reduce absenteeism.
- Provide accurate and timely information to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, parents, and community members.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for supporting students at risk, including those experiencing difficulties with attendance or academic performance.
