Occupational Therapist Leadership Role in Allied Health

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our multidisciplinary allied health team in North Brisbane. As the OT Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in delivering exceptional clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a Team of Clinicians: Provide line management, supervision, and ongoing support to your team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Clinical Supervision Program: Develop and implement a program to enhance therapist skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the Speech Pathology Service Leader to develop and enhance services that prioritize client care and outcomes.
- Clinical Excellence: Ensure high standards of client care and smooth operation of processes across both paediatric and adult populations.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading teams and managing clinical services as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong Interdisciplinary Understanding: Show a deep understanding of service delivery processes and client care principles.
- Mentorship and Development: Passionate about developing and mentoring clinicians to create a supportive team culture.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to Excellence: Committed to delivering exceptional client care and driving continuous improvement.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience).
