Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our dynamic allied health team in North Brisbane. This opportunity presents a chance to shape and expand multidisciplinary services, working across various client populations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinicians, providing line management, supervision, and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement a clinical supervision program for therapists.
- Collaborate closely with the Speech Pathology Service Leader to enhance Adult Speech Pathology and Paediatric OT Services.
- Ensure clinical excellence and smooth operation of client care processes across both paediatric and adult populations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinical services.
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary service delivery and client care processes.
- Passion for developing and mentoring clinicians and fostering a supportive team culture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to excellence in client care and continuous improvement.
This role offers:
- Competitive salary package: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum + Super (dependent on experience).
