Occupational Therapist Leadership Position in Paediatrics

As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership role with a reputable allied health organisation in QLD.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus superannuation. Additional benefits include non-for-profit salary packaging, up to $20,500 tax-free, and up to $2,050 meals, entertainment, and accommodation vouchers.
This is a full-time or part-time role, offering flexible working arrangements, including the option to work during school terms and choose your start and finish times.
About the RoleYou will be supporting a team of new graduate and junior occupational therapists, providing clinical supervision and mentoring, as well as facilitating in-house professional development training sessions.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also work with a caseload of paediatric clients, conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and providing therapy sessions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration, unrestricted working rights in Australia, and a drivers licence and own vehicle.
