Job Description

Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriately skilled Caregivers are matched to clients providing services in accordance with the client's care plan.

The Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator will have proven experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve a high level of service requests and Caregiver leave;
  • Data entry;
  • Coordinate and direct Caregivers to provide excellent in-home care to our Hourly clients;
  • Extensive and excellent communication with Caregivers, clients, families, colleagues, and management;
To Be Considered for This Role:
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination of staff is ideal but ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure in an office environment is essential;
  • Strong customer service skills, telephone manner, and organisational skills;
  • Superior time management and attention to detail;
  • High level of computer knowledge and experience using programs like Microsoft Outlook and Word;
  • Comfortable working in a fun and friendly environment where we work hard and use humour and positivity as a superpower;
