We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The Regional Operations Leader will lead, coach and develop campus directors across a portfolio of up to 11 campuses in Sydney, from Glebe to Penrith. This involves overseeing operational performance, including occupancy, family experience, safety and compliance. The role also delivers commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs and achieving EBITDA targets.

About You

You'll be an experienced operational leader with a track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence P&L performance
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards
  • The ability to coach, mentor and uplift leaders
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region
