Marketing Intern Opportunity

About the Role

You will work closely with our marketing team to create and execute product launch strategies that integrate our message as well as content creation and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement content strategy for multiple projects.
  • Identify and prioritize creators and segment them into campaigns based on the needs of the company.
  • Oversee content creation that can be repurposed or easily adjusted by teams and other influencers.
  • Help build out a community and engage with audience.
  • Create and post social media content during peak engagement days/times.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with creators whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams.
  • Drive and develop a regular gifting in order to build and maintain constant reach.
  • Manage an influencer program (Sourcing, Outreach, Collaboration).
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in the beauty industry and passion for skincare and beauty.
  • The willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and engaging with audience.
  • Creative and flexible.
  • Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing.
  • Fluent, clear and articulate in communication.
  • Excellent social communication skills.
  • A team player able to work with teams across the business.
