Key Responsibilities- Account Growth:
- Aquisition and development of new business
- Proactively growing and developing existing accounts
- Sales visits including taking product orders and upselling
- Marketing activities including in-store promotions and events
- Education & Training:
- Educating company partners, potential clients via phone, onsite visits & webinars
- Assisting with education concept development & execution
- Assisting with marketing strategies to expand the brand nationally
- Developing and implementing in-store promotional strategies
- Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy
- Beauty industry or sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive nature
As a Sales and Training Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and training staff on our products and services.
