Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, incorporating public relations, digital marketing, and social media initiatives to support organisational goals.
  • Lead the development of a cohesive brand identity, ensuring all marketing strategies align with organisational objectives and meet funding agency requirements.
  • Provide effective leadership to the Marketing team, overseeing delivery of customer-focused services, including brand management and engagement systems.
  • Oversee marketing for in-store experiences, online platforms, and social media channels.
  • Design and implement an internal communication program to promote workforce unity, information sharing, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Establish a stakeholder engagement approach to nurture key relationships and enhance reputation.
  • Monitor public opinion on issues affecting the organisation, using economic, social, and political trends to inform reputation and brand risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts and develop trade marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of solid marketing experience in the beauty industry, preferably with counter brands exposure.
  • Familiarity with retail stores and strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving marketing and business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
