Equipment Coordinator Driver

This is a critical role that ensures the success of our customers' projects by providing expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

The Equipment Coordinator Driver is responsible for instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment. They must also perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, which includes safely loading and unloading of equipment.

Additionally, this role requires exceptional customer service in all customer interactions, maintaining the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs, performing cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required, and performing equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment.
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods.
  • A level of physical fitness and the ability to pass a drug test.
  • Be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment.
  • A positive attitude and team player.
