Business Transformation Specialist

The role of a Business Transformation Specialist is crucial in facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. This ensures that the implementation of solutions aligns with business objectives and requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
- Design scalable and flexible architecture to meet current and future business needs.
- Guide and oversee design, development, and configuration of system components.
- Serve as primary point of contact between business teams and IT/technical teams.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance domain processes, with at least 5 years of implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience in Policy, Billing, Claims, and/or Insights modules.
- Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role within technology and business domains.
This position requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into functional system designs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
