Deal Advisory Specialist

As a tax professional, you will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your work will include:
- Tax due diligence
- Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Transaction document review
- Tax model reviews
- Post-deal integration
- Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
You will be working closely with our dynamic team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
