Senior Debt Advisory Position

A high-performance environment is seeking an experienced professional to join their team of capital advisory specialists. This is a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in transactions from start to finish, gain exposure to complex and high-value deals, and build strong relationships in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years' experience in leverage & acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking, or debt advisory. They will possess strong credit analysis, financial modelling (Excel), and deal structuring expertise, as well as exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.

  • Drive deal execution—performing financial analysis & modelling, preparing information memorandums, structuring deals, negotiating term sheets & facility documents, and managing transaction execution.
  • Collaborate closely with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, financiers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless deal progression.
  • Play a key role in originating new transactions by nurturing market relationships and identifying opportunities.
