Strategic Deal Advisory Expert

We are currently seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleAs a key member of our corporate finance advisory team, you will be responsible for advising Australian privately-owned businesses on mid-market transactions and strategic advisory projects. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough financial analyses and creating detailed models for buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Developing marketing materials, pitch decks, and information memoranda to support client needs
- Providing expert support during due diligence, buyer research, and dataroom management processes
- Crafting valuations using market, income, and asset-based approaches
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a finance-related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and valuations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
