Plant Operations Leader

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage our Concrete Plant operations, covering safety, production, sales, and customer service at our Tamworth and Gunnedah sites in the New England region of NSW.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of daily plant operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Drive financial performance through effective cost management and budgeting.

  • Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional service and operational outcomes.
