Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and internal staff regarding delivery issues with professionalism and poise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring courteous and knowledgeable interactions with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure every transaction meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, offering tailored solutions.
  • Enter despatch information into the DISTRIB computer system with accuracy and speed.
  • Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers, providing administrative support throughout the process.
  • Maintain daily activity on Radaro (Transport Management System).
  • Document and report customer concerns or requirements to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Comply with Time and Attendance policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Despatch is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess full working rights in Australia.
