Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate receipting, handling, and dispatch of goods.

Maintaining stock integrity and ensuring all documentation is completed to company standards is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, maintain, and dispatch goods in line with workshop requirements
  • Accurately pick and pack kits for workshop and site operations
  • Monitor and update stock levels in the system to ensure accurate records
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across the parts department
  • Coordinate the return of stock to suppliers for repairs or replacements
  • Prepare stock requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, including delivery notes and purchase requisition forms
  • Participate in regular stocktakes and cycle counts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stores or warehousing role, ideally within the mining or heavy industry sector
  • Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers, clients, and colleagues
  • Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence
  • High Risk LF Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
