Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: High Wycombe, Perth
Roster: Monday–Friday + Optional Saturdays
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely coordination of freight, consumables, stock, and documentation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and delegate tasks within a fast-paced mining services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead morning pre-start meetings and allocate daily tasks
  • Ensure completion of Workshop Inspections, Field Interaction forms, Take 5's and Hazard Reports
  • Check, confirm, and submit time sheets, holiday forms, and sick leave forms
  • Oversee receipting of goods and requisitions for transport in/out of stores
  • Manage and order store supplies, consumables, and forklift gas
  • Coordinate freight collections/deliveries with required documentation (con notes, OGA, ETA updates, freight images)
  • Schedule and manage Cleanaway bin collections (weekly/monthly) and waste management requirements
  • Track and transfer stock items (seats, pumps, torque tools, etc.) between suppliers, repairers, and sites
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain stock control of repair items
  • Manage and sort site back freight; notify personnel for collection of personal items
  • Liaise with site maintenance managers regarding parts/components for repair and return
  • Process and maintain accurate order numbers, return numbers, and documentation for core/reman parts
  • Delegate warehouse and logistics tasks to the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Workshop teams for parts, goods, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and update component folders with pictures, job numbers, and repair details
