Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from achieving their objectives, providing targeted support and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective solutions, drive business growth, and meet performance targets
  • Develop strong partnerships with employers, promoting mutually beneficial arrangements that enhance job seeker opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with job seekers
