We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Employment Placement Consultant. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who possesses strong recruitment and career development skills, with a passion for helping people obtain new employment.
About the Role:- This position requires the ability to support people with injuries in returning to work, utilising a range of recruitment and career development strategies.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with employers and organisations to generate suitable vacancies for clients.
- Engaging with the local community to identify employment opportunities will also be a key aspect of this role.
- Market subsidised programs to incentivise employers to consider clients for employment, assisting clients in addressing key selection criteria and preparing them for interviews.
- Liaise with hiring managers on behalf of clients, working within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients find gainful and durable employment.
- Mandatory: Minimum 12 months experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation setting.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Honesty, integrity, team attitude, and a positive approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills (professional fluency).
- A professional network within your local area would be highly regarded.
- Unrestricted driver's licence (own vehicle required).
